I’m Natalie — a certified and registered CBT and Nutritional Therapist with a worldwide virtual practice, working with clients across Canada, the U.S., Australia, and beyond. Based in Ontario, Canada, I help people around the world reconnect to themselves and create meaningful, lasting change — from the inside out.
I help smart, self-aware women break free from self-sabotage, heal their relationship with food, and build unshakable self-trust — so they can finally feel at peace in their body and in control of their choices.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), nutrition, and emotional psychology, combining the science of the body with the emotional and mental frameworks that drive real transformation. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and deeply supportive — a mix of strategy, insight, and compassion designed to help you make changes that actually last.
I bring warmth, inclusivity, humility, and humour into my work, because healing doesn’t have to feel clinical — it can feel human, empowering, and aligned.
Grounded in evidence-based nutrition, my work focuses on whole-food eating, emotional regulation, and nervous system balance — without restriction or rigid rules. The goal isn’t perfection — it’s peace, self-trust, and consistency that feels natural.

Credentials & Background
After moving from Toronto to Prince Edward County with my husband and kids in 2020, I built a global virtual practice that bridges mental health, emotional well-being, and nutrition. I hold certified and registered titles in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Nutritional Therapy, with continuing and executive education through the University of Toronto, Adler University, and Harvard Medical School.
With over 800 hours of advanced yoga therapeutics, I also integrate elements of mindfulness, movement, and breath work into my sessions — helping clients reconnect with their bodies as a core part of healing.
