Most clients begin by working with me regularly — weekly or bi-weekly at first — then space sessions out as the work takes root and real change starts to feel natural.     This 90-minute virtual session is where we begin the real work — understanding you. Together, we’ll explore your goals, patterns, and challenges to uncover what’s driving your current habits and what’s needed for lasting change.

    You’ll learn the foundational psychological and nutritional frameworks that shape all of our work — practical tools to help you build your own “self-trust and self-care” toolkit. By the end, you’ll leave with a clear plan, personalized goals, and tangible next steps (your first bit of “homework”) so you can start moving from insight to action — and into real, sustainable change.

  • 60 MIN PHONE SESSION

    These sessions are for clients who’ve already completed an initial consultation and are ready to keep building momentum. Each session is a space to refine your progress — to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen the changes you’re making around food, habits, and behaviour.

    Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and where to adjust — so the shifts you’re making become easier, more natural, and deeply sustainable.

    Designed for those who are actively pursuing their goals and would like 30 minutes to check in with me, discuss their progress and determine their next steps.
