This 60-minute virtual session is where the real work begins: understanding you. Together, we’ll explore your goals, patterns, and challenges to uncover the “why” behind your habits and what’s needed for lasting change.
You’ll be introduced to the core frameworks that guide all of our work — CBT principles, ego-state awareness (Adult, Parent, Child), and my Three R approach (Relief, Rebellion, Recognition). These tools help you start building your personal self-trust and self-care toolkit.
By the end, you’ll walk away with a clear plan, personalized goals, and actionable next steps (your first bit of “homework”) so you can move from insight to action — and toward real, sustainable change.

These sessions are for clients who’ve already completed an initial intake and are ready to keep building momentum. Each session is a space to refine your progress — to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and strengthen the changes you’re making around food, habits, and behaviour.
Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and where to adjust — so the shifts you’re making become easier, more natural, and deeply sustainable.

30 MIN ACCOUNTABILITY SESSION
Designed for those who are actively pursuing their goals and would like 30 minutes to check in with me, discuss their progress and determine their next steps.
